This past weekend we headed south into the scorching heat. Little did we know that we heading there on the hottest weekend yet of the summer. We arrived in St George on Thursday with a temperature of 109 F. Wow!!!! I thought I was going to melt. We swimmed alot and got to visit several places. One of those places was Zions National Park. What a beautiful and majestic place. I felt in love with its natural beauty. Eventhough I have been there before when I was younger, I was able to appreciate it much much more now that I am older. I took some pretty amazing pictures, I must say. Too bad I didn't have a better camera.
We had some pool fun as well. The kids really enjoyed themselves swimming and practicing their skills. They did pretty good swimming.
Also we went to the Dinousaur Track Museum at Johnson Family Farm. It was a very interesting museum. We saw real tracks that dinosaurs made million years ago in the shores of a lake. Only 3 other places in the world have these types of tracks. The St George Museum is one of them.
