Weekend Fun

This weekend was a busy one, but relaxing at the same time. First, Jorge had his final on Thursday. We are so glad he is done for this semester. Hope he passes the test. On Friday night we took the kids to Chuckee Cheeses, they loved it and had alot of fun there. The pizza was actually pretty good. Then on Saturday morning we woke up early to go to our ward christmas breakfast party. It was snowing by then and very cold, we arrived at the church and they had a great turnout. We had great food and entertainment, Santa Claus came and took pictures with the kids and gave them a candycane. This year our ward decided instead of giving a small present to the children, they decided to have the families of our ward give a canned food donation to take to the food bank. I thought that was a great idea. Later that day Jorge and I went out on a date to see Four Christmases, with Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaghn. It was a hilarious movie and very cute. We then went to eat dinner and then proceeded in doing some quick christmas shopping for some last minute things but couldn't find what we were looking for at our local walmart, and again it gets postponed till further notice. the kids also had the opportunity to play outside in the snow with our neighborhood kids, they slide down the driveway of our accross the street neighbors and had alot of fun, They both played outside for about an Hour.

Spencer and I both want to wish Jorge a big congratulations for being done with another semester and we hope all went well with his test. Sledding sounds so fun. And did you really like the movie? I haven't seen it and I love Reese Witherspoon, but I'm always hesitant about Vince Vaughn movies.

Looks like your kids had a lot of fun in the snow. I wish I could stand the cold enough to let my kids play in it. They know they just need to wait for their dad to get home.
