At the Layton Park

On Friday, my good friend Kim invited me and the kids for a play at the park, picnic. We first stopped at the Hostess bread store to buy a bag full of bread for a $1.00. If you tell them its to be used to feed the ducks they sell you the bread for $1.00 (what a deal). We arrived at the park and went over to where the ducks are and proceeded to feed them and they all just came over like starving children. It was fun for me but for the kids not so much as they were too afraid to get close to feed them. We decided to go over to the playground area a eat lunch and have the kids play for awhile. We were able to talk and watch the kids play. After we did all that we went over to the ducks, to an area that has a small fence and there the kids were more at ease and fed the ducks all the 6 loafs that were purchased. The weather was very nice and cool enough that you didn't sweat but warm enough to have a good time.

You guys look like you had a great time. Thanks for being such wonderful friends and keeping Kim company. She likes to have a social life when she can. She even mentioned that you all had a great time and she loved the big blanket you brought.
